The propositional content (i.e. that which is intended) of the intention is disallowed. Interesting concept for establishing mens rea (guilty mind), although 'disallowed' is a weaker qualification than criminal. Note the distinction between purposely committing a crime and knowingly committing a crime. The crime committed does not have to match the crime intended for establishing intent!
